Dr Roy Chowdhury is the clinical trial administrator of Saroj Gupta Cancer Centre and Research Institute, Thakurpukur, Kolkata. Here he plays a pivotal role in driving both clinical and academic research trials in the institute.
He is a keen researcher and collaborates on various projects with scientists from National Institute of Bio Medical Genomics (NIBMG), Kalyani, Indian Institute of Chemical Biology, Jadavpur, Kolkata and various departments of University of Calcutta.

  • A prospective non-randomised trial of Squamous Cell Carcinoma of cervix uteri of stage IB2, IIA, IIB pretreated with three cycles of Neo Adjuvant Chemotherapy (NACT) followed by surgery after down-staging to stage IB1 followed by active surveillance.
